Disney Cruise Line Returns to San Diego
Last week Disney Cruise Line announced that the Disney Wonder will be returning to San Diego in spring of 2019 when they released their new deployment schedule. Wonder will sail out of San Diego for two months from March to May of 2019. She will sail two, four, five, and seven night cruises with ports of call in the Mexican Riviera including stops in Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan. DCL also announced that starting in January, the Wonder will sail itineraries to San Juan and Puerto Rico, including three and four night itineraries to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral.
Once Disney's newest ships are completed, they will sail along side the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream out of Port Canaveral. The 2019 deployment has Fantasy sailing seven night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral. Ports of call include Tortola, St. Thomas, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth. The Disney Dream will also sail three and four night Bahamas cruises from Port Canaveral. From Miami, the Disney Magic will continue her four and five night cruises to the Bahamas and the Western Caribbean. Ports of call will include Nassau, Key West, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.
Bookings for the 2019 deployment will open up to the public on November 2, 2017.
